The scope of this project is extremely wide ranging, raising awareness of Irish Community Care's services, liaising with individuals and agencies, identifying gaps in service provision to vulnerable and isolated Irish people and the wider community in Greater Manchester areas.

To be effective the Community Liaison project works closely with the network of services and support systems in Greater Manchester and Ireland.

Establishing new links and consolidating those already in place is important to sustain much needed services to the community we serve.
