Irish documents

Irish passports

We have Irish passport forms (APS2) for people who want to apply for or renew their Irish passport but are living in the UK.

You can collect a form from one of our offices during drop in (or outside drop in hours if you phone us first) or you can send a stamped addressed envelope to:

Irish Community Care
289 Cheetham Hill Road
Manchester
M8 0SN

If you want more than one application form, just include a note saying how many forms you want.

We can also help you fill in your application form, give you advice on who can sign your form and we can contact the Irish Embassy for you if you’re having difficulties getting your application processed.
