Social groups

Each week we have six social groups for people over 50 throughout the city of Manchester, Salford and Trafford. Attended by around 500 people each week, our groups include a lunch and a range of activities, providing the opportunity for friendship, socialising and sharing information. There are often guest speakers on a variety of issues and we have events for special occasions and excursions to various locations.

For members who find it difficult to get out and about, we have a minibus which provides transport to and from some of our groups and can arrange ring or ride transport.
