We offer a free and confidential Advice and Information service.
This includes:

Support completing benefit applications.

Benefit checks and assisting with appeals.

General housing or rehousing issues.

Advice and assistance on Irish passport applications

Information on citizenship.
Our service is friendly, supportive and non-judgmental. We offer face to face appointments at our Levenshulme office and we also have an outreach service at the Irish World Heritage Centre in Cheetham Hill. As well as this we offer a phone advice service for clients who cannot access appointments at the office.

Outreach service; Thursday 12.30 - 14.30 Irish World Heritage Centre, Cheetham Hill
Bolton Irish Centre on the last Friday of the month 12.30 – 16.30
Please note, we do not currently offer a drop in service.
