We offer a free and confidential Advice and Information service, which includes support completing benefit applications, benefit checks and assisting with appeals. As well as this we can offer advice on general housing or rehousing issues. We also offer advice and assistance on Irish passport applications & information on citizenship.
Our services is friendly, supportive and non-judgmental. We offer face to face appointments at our Levenshulme office and we also have an outreach service at the Irish World Heritage Centre in Cheetham Hill. As well as this we offer a phone advice service for clients who cannot access appointments at the office.

Advice and Information Appointments
Please note that currently Face to Face appointments have been amended due to Covid.
Face to Face Appointments Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

Monday - Friday 09.30 - 16.30
Outreach service; Thursday 12.30 - 14.30 at Ukrainian Social Club, Cheetham Hill
Bolton Irish Centre on the last Friday of the month 12.30 – 16.30
Please note, we do not currently offer a drop in service.
